When do you deliver?
Every Monday afternoon between 2pm - 6pm. You'll get an email confirmation as soon as your meals have been delivered.
How do I pause or cancel?
Log in to your account and manage your subscription there. Pause or cancel anytime — just do it before Thursday for the following week.
What if I have a food allergy?
Every meal lists full allergen info. You can filter your weekly menu by allergen in your account settings. For severe allergies, please reach out to us directly before subscribing. Our meals are prepared in a dedicated nut-free facility to reduce the risk of cross-contamination from peanuts and tree nuts.
How long do the meals stay fresh?
Meals arrive freshly prepared on Mondays (never frozen) and stay fresh for up to 5 days in the fridge. We recommend consuming within 4 days for best results or freeze in the freezer to extend food life.
Can I choose which meals I get?
Yes! Log in to your account each week to swap meals from the rotating menu. Selections lock on Thursday for the following Monday delivery.
